1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to lumba188. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the lumba188 platform on the website lumba188.vin and our mobile app. Please read this entire document carefully before using any part of our platform.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided during registration or at any time thereafter may result in account closure and seizure of funds held in that account.

You are solely responsible for:

Lumba188's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Lumba188 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if these terms and conditions are breached. In the event of closure due to a breach, lumba188 reserves the right to seize all funds in the account, including cash balances and unused bonuses.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user subject to successful identity verification.

• The account closure process takes between 3 to 7 business days to complete
• Funds remaining in an active wagering process will not be returned during account closure
